DOS Play

[edit]

Is it possible to find that game now? Jamhaw 20:53, 12 May 2006 (UTC)jamhaw[reply]

You mean to purchase and play? Perhaps. All references here are to the DOS version. I have no idea on other platforms. eBay might have it. You can also get it for very unreasonable prices at Amazon too. I remember picking up a CD of all 9 games at Babbages I believe for $10. It's not easy to find this old title. --Sivak 02:20, 13 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Make more? The game is 15 years old by now so I can honestly not see that happening. Your best bet at obtaining these games is eBay or possibly places that sell old/used games. GameStop, which is what the old Babbages stores are called these days, may be a good place. If you're that zealous, keep trying. --Sivak 20:11, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Well I was just wondering if they would ever make more DragonLance games at all are there any plans or anything? Jamhaw 18:28, 1 June 2006 (UTC)jamhaw[reply]
    • Not sure. If someone wants this game though you can get it from a variety of abandonware sites nowadays (I actually owned the mac version but lost it when moving to a new city, so I'm rather greatful of the abandonware sites - this was one of my more favorite games). • I have played the two previous gold box titles using DOSBox with a graphical front end and a copy of the binaries from Abandonia, so it should be possible (if you have the copy protection codes... ;-) —RJH (talk) 22:37, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Larry Elmore

[edit]

A logical guess is that the box cover art was from Larry Elmore, but I haven't found a way to confirm that. Perhaps the game credits list his name?—RJH (talk) 22:38, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Undoubtedly! It definitely looks like Elmore. 204.153.84.10 (talk) 22:45, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
